On June 1st, Ukraine launched a massive drone operation from inside Russia that targeted strategic bombers and other vital aircraft.
The operation was a success, eliminating at least 13 Russian bombers, or about 34% of their fleet, and resulting in no Ukrainian casualties. While this was a huge victory for Ukraine, it highlights major vulnerabilities facing the United States and others.
