The British Army’s Stormer High-Velocity Missile (HVM) system is its only ground-based air defence platform, designed to take down aerial threats at speed.
Armed with eight ready-to-fire Starstreak missiles, the vehicle plays a key role in modern warfare, particularly against drones and aircraft.
"It can locate UAS, rotary wings, and fixed wings and it will lock on to the target where it will be able to engage the target effectively," says Lance Bombardier Andrew Kersey of 12 Regiment Royal Artillery.
