Royal Marines from 42 Commando have used Merlin helicopters to fast-rope in to Scraesdon Fort in Cornwall.
It’s part of exercise Neptune Storm, which is testing their abilities ahead of their transition to UK Special Operations Maritime Task Group.
This will become part of Nato’s Allied Reaction Force, able to deploy at extremely short notice.
