In a span of six weeks, the Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) KF-21 aircraft programme has progressed from adding a new twin-seat prototype for flight-testing to initiating weapons launching trials using earlier prototypes.
Since the KF-21’s first flight in July 2022, four prototypes have conducted more than 150 flight tests, South Korea’s Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) said in March 2023.

US naval supplier Fairbanks Morse Defense (FMD) has launched an ‘Accelerator’ programme to help small businesses develop technology with maritime defence applications.
The Accelerator provides participants with mentoring, training, technical support, and access to FMD contacts at the US Navy and the US Coast Guard.
Leopard 2A6 vs. T-90M
Ukraine now boasts some of the greatest tanks in the world thanks to German exports of Leopard 2A6 models. The two tanks that will soon square off against one another in the war in Ukraine: are the German Leopard 2A6 and the Russian T-90M.
The Leopard 2A6 main battle tank produced by Germany has undergone constant upgrades Since its introduction in the late 1970s. The T-90M, or Proryv (Breakthrough), is an updated variant of the T-90, a main battle tank (MBT) aircraft that originally saw service for Russia in the 1990s.
On Tuesday, the United States military announced that a drone strike led by the United States had killed a senior leader of the Islamic State (ISIS) terror group who was responsible for plotting strikes in Europe. The strike took place in northwest Syria.
A blow for Islamic terrorism
Khalid Aydd Ahmad al-Jabouri was identified as the guy killed in the attack on Monday by the United States military. His death will momentarily hinder the organization’s ability to plan external assaults, according to the military statement.
Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said during a visit to the Polish company that makes the vehicles that Ukraine will purchase 100 Rosomak eight-wheel drive modular armored vehicles for its military.
“The Ukrainian Army will purchase 100 Rosomaks manufactured in Siemianowice lskie. “Rosomaks are sophisticated assault vehicles,” Morawiecki wrote on Facebook on April 1.
Poland’s military assistance to Ukraine
According to the prime minister, Ukraine will pay for the vehicles with cash collected from the European Union and the United States.
