With news of the cast of iconic British comedy The Inbetweeners reportedly returning to the small screen for a reboot, we thought we’d delve into our archives for when three of the lads visited British troops deployed on UN peacekeeping operations in Cyprus.
Joe Thomas, Simon Bird and James Buckley – who play Simon, Will and Jay in the series – dropped in on 2nd Battalion the Mercian Regiment at their barracks in Nicosia, and 2nd Battalion The Royal Yorkshire Regiment in Episkopi, in November 2014.
