Tanks are not dead. Ukraine has shown they still matter, but they need to survive drones, mines, loitering munitions, top-attack weapons, artillery, and constant surveillance. The question is whether Europe can build a common answer, or whether its future armored forces will end up just as fragmented as the fleets they are trying to replace.
