South Korea conducted the first flight of the two-seater version of its domestic KF-21 Boramae fighter, Yonhap News Agency reported concerning the Arms Procurement Agency.
It is noted that the flight took place on Monday, February 20, and lasted 34 minutes: the KF-21 Boramae prototype two-seater aircraft took off at 11:19 from the 30th Air Training Wing of the Korean Air Force.
In total, this was the fourth prototype of this fighter to make its first flight – the previous three prototypes were single-seat and flew in July and November 2022 and January 2023, respectively.

Airbus took a EUR477 million (USD508 million) charge in 2022 on its long-troubled A400M military transport plane, the European aerospace manufacturer announced on 16 February.
Earnings charges for the A400M have totalled approximately EUR6.7 billion since 2014. The aircraft has experienced technical problems, schedule delays, and cost overruns since the programme was launched in 2003.

Russia carried out a test of an intercontinental ballistic missile that appears to have failed while President Joe Biden was in Ukraine on Monday, CNN reported, citing two US officials familiar with the matter.
Russia notified the United States in advance of the launch through deconfliction lines, one official told CNN. Another said that the test did not pose a risk to the United States and that the US did not view the test as an anomaly or an escalation.
