According to state media, the Chinese Navy is recruiting high school graduates as candidates for its fighter jet cadet program to find more carrier pilots for its expanding fleet.
Over 4,500 recent high school graduates from the provinces of Shandong and Henan and the city of Chongqing have enlisted in the People’s Liberation Army Navy this month, according to the official Xinhua news agency.
