Israel and the United States, allies for 75 years, cooperate closely in the military sphere, working together to develop military technology and participate in military exercises.
In this context, we present five US weapons that Israel is eager to acquire :
1.F-15EX Fighter
The F-15EX Eagle II is derived from the F-15 Eagle, the world’s deadliest fighter. Israel already has its version of the F-35 Lightning II, the F-35I Adir, but it remains interested in the F-15EX due to its larger weapons payload.

The US Marine Corps plans to create a land-based Tomahawk cruise missile launch battalion by 2030, which will be part of the 11th Marine Regiment based in California.
Japan’s acquisition of Tomahawk missiles
Japan has opted to develop “counter-attack capabilities” in response to the growing military might of China and the danger posed by North Korea. As a result, it intends to purchase 400 American Tomahawk missiles, each with a strike range of almost 1,600 kilometers.
Despite its shrinking fleet and introduction decades ago, the F-22 Raptor fighter remains relevant and necessary in today’s military landscape.
F-22 Raptor: History and Relevance
The US F-22 fleet was reduced by 169 aircraft following the collapse of the Soviet Union, a decision that, in retrospect, was seen as detrimental to the U.S. Air Force’s ability against rivals such as Russia and China. The F-22 was introduced in 2005 at the height of the ground wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The fleet’s size is only one factor that justifies the permanence of the F-22 in service.
Ukraine continues to request military support to stand firm against the Russian invasion. Among the weapons he seeks to obtain are F-16 fighters, armored vehicles, and long-range missiles.
Ukraine and the need for military reinforcements
Since the beginning of the invasion, Ukraine has shown remarkable defensive achievements. Despite having limited weaponry, it has managed to resist the Russian advance with the help of Western allies and main members of NATO.

Since her arrival in the Western Pacific theater of operations in January 1944, USS New Jersey has been involved in numerous campaigns during World War II. Her imposing 16-inch guns were used in battles such as Saipan, Tinian, and the Battle of the Philippine Sea.
HNLMS Walrus managed to infiltrate the US Navy screen and “sink” several ships, including the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71).
The Royal Dutch Navy’s Walrus-class submarine has demonstrated its impressive capability in numerous military exercises and classified missions since its inception in the 1980s. These diesel-electric submarines have particularly surprised the US Navy in joint exercises.

With 25 Russian citizens on board, the Russian ship caught fire off Ulsan, South Korea. Of the crew, 21 were rescued, 19 unharmed, and two with minor injuries. Four members are missing.
This situation occurs amid tensions between Russia and South Korea over Seoul’s support for Ukraine in the conflict with the Eurasian country.
