According to the Governor of Russia’s Belgorod oblast Viacheslav Gladkov, another cross-border attack by Ukraine has occurred on Russian territory. It is the third such instance in the past 2 weeks. The governor also noted that FSB security services and Russian forces are engaged in an ongoing fight with the “saboteurs,” although little additional information has been provided.

The Precise and Universal Launching System (PULS) multiple rocket launcher (MRL) is entering service with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF),

learnt at the Defence iQ’s Future Artillery conference held in Munich from 30 May to 1 June.
Janes
understands that the IDF is test-firing PULS, which is known in Israeli service as the Lahav.

PULS can launch unguided and precision-guided rockets with a range of 12–300 km, according to Elbit Systems.

The Chinese military is getting bolder in its provocations against the U.S. Less than a week after a Chinese fighter jet came dangerously close to an American spy plane over the South China Sea, the Pentagon reported that on Saturday, a Chinese warship had “an unsafe maritime interaction” with the American destroyer USS Chung-Hoon and Canadian frigate HMCS Montreal during a joint U.S.-Canadian transit of the Taiwan Strait.

The commander of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stout was fired on June 2 for a “loss of confidence,” according to a Monday statement from the Navy. 
Commander Jeffrey L. Applebaugh was fired by Capt. Blair Guy, Commodore of the Norfolk-based Destroyer Squadron 28, as commander of the USS Stout for “loss of confidence in his ability to command.”
Applebaugh took command of the ship in October 2022.
