The American political system today is indeed in crisis. Government function is in doubt, the administration has politicized and weaponized a previously independent justice system, judicial rulings are regularly subverted or outright ignored, and political leaders are openly using their office to enrich themselves.
North Korea has unveiled a new type of cruise missile integrated onto its Su-25 attack jets, which were first seen during celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of the Korean People’s Army Air Force at Kalma Airfield on November 28. The missile closely resembles the German-Swedish Taurus KEPD 350 fielded by South Korea, with a similar exposed sensor in the nose, and is expected to revolutionise the capabilities of the Su-25 fleet.
New images have provided a first clear look at the Chinese Z-21 heavy attack helicopter, which is currently at prototype stages and may be brought into service close to the end of the decade. Designed with a twin-seat, twin-engine configuration, the aircraft integrates a 30mm chain gun, and can carry up to 16 missiles for anti-personnel, anti armour, and air-to-air roles.
The Polish Air Force placed U.S.-supplied MIM-104 Patriot long range air defence systems at the Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport on high alert, after four Russian MiG-31 Foxhound tactical combat jetsflew westward over the Baltic Sea. The Russian aircraft were reportedly MiG-31I variants designed for carriage of ballistic missiles, which have been specifically employed in the Ukrainian theatre to neutralise Ukrainain Air Force Patriot systems.
Leaked Russian military industrial correspondence has revealed that 16 Su-35s air superiority fighters are currently in production to meet orders from the Iranian Defence Ministry, with this batch aircraft expected to complete deliveries by the end of 2027. The correspondence indicates that personnel from the Russian Ministry of Defence are supervising the acceptance of the aircraft’s subsystems, and that work on these aircraft has been underway since 2024.

The newest class of guardians will soon be sporting the Space Force’s new dress uniform. The trainees currently going through basic military training were recently fitted to wear the service’s new dress uniform, which only recently became available to order.
The current class going through basic training is the first group of Space Force trainees to receive the new dress uniform. The news was announced by the 37th Training Wing this week, and first reported on by Stars and Stripes. They sport the outfit during a graduation ceremony set for Dec. 18.
