There was a display of pomp and precision at the Infantry Training Centre Catterick with the annual Beating Retreat.
It involved over sixty personnel from the Irish Guards, Royal Anglian Regiment and The Rifles.
The traditional summer ceremony was delayed due to operational reasons.
