HMS Dragon has departed on an important deployment to Cyprus. The Type 45 destroyer is reinforcing the Royal Navy’s strategic presence and regional security efforts.
The ship will provide vital air defence capabilities against drone and missile attacks, after RAF Akrotiri was struck by one of Iran’s allies.
