Following a drone strike on a military facility in Isfahan on Sunday, the Iranian Permanent Mission to the UN sent a warning to the U.S. stating that any military action against Iran would be taken as a declaration of war and would be met with retribution.
On Tuesday, the Permanent Mission to the UN told Newsweek, “In Iran’s perspective, the use of the military option at any level means U.S. entry into the war. For now, Iran considers such a possibility to be weak.” The mission went on to say that the U.S.

The Air Force is decidedly not thrilled about the Chinese-owned corn mill set to open near one of its bases in North Dakota.
In a letter dated January 27, Air Force Assistant Secretary for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics Andrew P. Hunter called the proposed Fufeng USA corn mill in Grand Forks, North Dakota “a significant threat to national security.”
Fufeng USA is a subsidiary of the Fufeng Group, a Chinese-owned agriculture company that has plenty of uses for corn.

In 2020, the first claims emerged that the United States had developed the technology demonstrator for its future sixth-generation fighter. Two years later, a similar claim covered the theory that China had also developed its technology demonstrator.
An interesting video comes from that Asian country. In late January, video footage showed the silhouette of a tailless fighter in mid-air. However, the video does not directly capture the flight but a monitor through which the aircraft is observed.

Germany has recently come to the forefront of European countries causing escalations with Russia when it began pressuring Washington and NATO allies to send tanks to Ukraine last month. Being well aware of its precarious position with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Germany is now in a race to drastically increase its defense spending and arm itself against possible Russian attacks, including spending $18 billion on a nationwide missile defense shied.

Iran’s pro-government media on Wednesday gave extensive coverage of the Saqr missile, saying it has been used in Iraq to target US soldiers in Syria and Yemen by Iranian-backed Houthi militia. This links Iran to all these attacks without giving direct credit to Iran.

According to the Tasnim source, this “mystery” missile has been used in numerous places connected to pro-Iranian forces in the Middle East. The fact that the missile can detect targets using optical and thermal technologies explains its function as a cruise missile and “loitering” munition.

After delivering the last Boeing 747, Boeing reached the mark of 1,000 deliveries of the Boeing 737 MAX family, although it has not communicated this fact.
Irish leasing company Avolon announced on Twitter that it had recently delivered the 1,000th 737 MAX produced by Boeing to a customer. However, it also did not say which customer and when the delivery occurred.

The contract signed by the Ukrainian defense ministry, the French defense ministry, and Thales covers the delivery of complete short-range air defense systems, including a GM200 radar, a command-and-control center, a radio communications system, and air target designators. The visit to Limours by the two defense ministers included a tour of Thales’s military radar design, production, and support facilities.
Thales’s facility in Limours, France, is now Europe’s biggest air defence research and development hub.
