The British military is trialling decoy Stormer vehicles made out of sheet metal to fool the enemy and draw attention away from the real thing.
12 Regiment Royal Artillery has taken delivery of the decoys which do not look too convincing from the ground, but from the air should be enough to deceive the enemy.
Stormer acts as a mobile platform for the Starstreak High Velocity Missile system, which is designed to counter threats from high-performance, low-flying fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters.
