An Army Humvee crashed into the front of the 3rd Infantry Division’s headquarters building on Fort Stewart, base officials said. There were no injuries and one arrest.
Pictures circulated on social media Monday morning, July 10, of a Humvee that appeared to have smashed halfway into the the entrance of the 3rd ID’s headquarters, smashing a set doors beneath large lettering of the division’s nickname, “Rock of the Marne.

Equatorial Guinea’s Vice-President Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue visited China Shipbuilding Trading Company (CSSC) twice during an official tour to China that began on 4 July.
His office announced the first visit to the company on 5 July, saying it “shows the commitment of the Equatorial Guinean government to the protection of its coasts and the fight against maritime insecurity”.

The US Army programme for third-generation FLIR sensors entered into low-rate initial production (LRIP), the service announced on 6 July.
The kit will be integrated first on the Abrams main battle tanks, but the service’s next focus could be on the XM30 Mechanized Infantry Combat Vehicle (formerly Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicles [OMFVs]), a Raytheon executive told Janes on 6 July.
