NATO Military Committee Chief (advisory) Giuseppe Cavo Dragone declared today the United States could pull 100,000 troops out of Europe in the near future, but will remain in the North Atlantic Treaty Alliance.
The troops will be committed to the Pacific region, reported the Clash Report.
