For serving personnel and veterans living with hearing loss, recent landmark judgement could be a major turning point with the deadline for bringing claims under the Matrix Agreement being extended until 31 July 2026.
It is believed that at least 70,000 current and former service personnel may be eligible to claim compensation for hearing damage sustained during their military service.
