Some of the British Army’s most skilled musicians are being put through their paces during two weeks of preparation in Catterick for a very special Beating Retreat.
This British Army tradition will bring together hundreds of musicians, performing their roles as members of their respective battalions, Corps of Drums or bugle platoons – but they’re all still fully trained infantrymen.
